Field of Membership

You are eligible to join R-G Federal Credit Union if you meet any of the following: Reside or work in the Missouri counties of Bates, Benton, Cass, Cedar, Henry, Hickory, Johnson, Morgan, St. Clair, Vernon, and that part of Pettis County encompassing Lamonte City and its Rural Free Delivery services area. Military personnel and civilian employees of the United States Government who work at, are assigned to, or are supervised from the Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport, Missouri. Civilian and military personnel of the United States Marine Corps who work at, are assigned to, or are supervised from 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO. Employees of the AlliedSignal, Inc. who work at 2000 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO. Members of the U.S. Armed Forces, active or retired, or their dependent survivors who are eligible by law or regulations to receive or are receiving benefits or services from the above military installations. Contractors and employees of contractors who work regularly at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport, Missouri, or Marine Corps organizations located at 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri, under contract with the United States Government. Members of inactive Armed Forces Reserve assigned to a Reserve unit in drilling status (pay or non-pay) in the Kansas City, Missouri-Kansas Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area. Employees of non-appropriated Fund Activities, the USO, the American Red Cross, the Exchange Service and its concessionaires operating on Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport, Missouri. Active senior members of the Civil Air Patrol who meet and/or train regularly at the installations served by this credit union, and cadets of the Civil Air Patrol who are students in high schools in the Kansas City, Missouri-Kansas Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area. Military instructors and cadets of the Armed Forces Reserve Officers Training Corps regularly enrolled in the high schools and universities of Kansas City, Missouri-Kansas Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area and the University of Missouri at Columbia, Missouri. Personnel separated from the U.S. Armed Forces who are receiving Veterans disability compensation (or who have applied for Veterans disability compensation) and are using Armed Forces hospital services. Employees and students of Calvary Bible College located and working at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport, Missouri. Employees of Owen Lumber Company who work in Belton, Missouri. Employees and elected or appointed officials of the City of Belton, Missouri. Employees of Boatwright Machine Shop, Inc., who work in Peculiar, Missouri. Employees of the following who work in Grandview, Missouri: Messer Dental Lab, Jackson Co Public Water Supply Dist No 1, or Grandview Manor Care Center. Groups of persons with occupational common bonds which are located within 25 miles of one of the credit union's service facilities, which have provided a written request for service to the credit union, which do not presently have credit union services available, and which have no more employees in the group than the maximum number established by the NCUA Board for additions under this provision: Provided, however, that the National Credit Union Administration may permanently or temporarily revoke the power to add groups under this provision upon a finding, in the Agency's discretion, that permitting additions under this provision are not in the best interests of the credit union, its members, or the National Credit   Union Share Insurance Fund. Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union. Employees of this credit union. Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment. Members of their immediate families. Organizations of such persons.
