Problems Logging In To Online Banking

On 9/12/19, improvements were made to our online banking site. This morning we've received a few calls from members who are unable to successfully log in to online banking. If your Logon ID is your member number, and that number is less than 6 digits, you currently must enter leading zeros to make the number 6 digits. For example, a member with number 12345 would need to enter 012345 to successfully log in. This was not the case on the old online banking website. Also, if you have an old online banking URL bookmarked or saved on your machine, please delete these old bookmarks and access the site directly from the Online Banking shortcut on our homepage.
