We believe paying your loan should be as straightforward as possible. MessagePay is an easy, secure way to make your loan payments using your mobile device, without logging into online banking. It’s designed for real life, when convenience matters most.

What Is MessagePay?

MessagePay lets you pay your R-G loan from an external bank account or debit card. You’ll receive a text reminder when your payment is due, along with a secure link to complete the payment process. No account login required.

How It Works

  1. You receive a text reminder. We’ll send you a secure message when your payment is due.
  2. Tap the link in the message. The text includes a link to a secure payment portal where you can view and manage your payment details.
  3. Set up a PIN for future access. First-time users will be prompted to create a 4 to 6-digit PIN to keep your payment information protected.
  4. Add your preferred payment method. Choose to pay using a debit card or electronic transfer. You can securely save one or more payment methods for future use. Please note that paying with a debit card will incur a $10 processing fee; however, paying using a checking account/routing number is always free. 
    1. Submit your payment. Review your loan details, select your payment method, and confirm your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation screen and reference number. Your payment history will also be saved in the portal for future reference.
